Service Process Block Guide
Overview
The Service Process Block allows you to outline your service workflow in a clear, step-by-step format that helps clients understand what to expect when working with you.
Configuration
Basic Setup
- Heading: Add a descriptive title for your process section (e.g., "How It Works," "Our Process," "What to Expect")
- Steps: Create between 1-4 sequential steps that walk clients through your service process
Steps Configuration
Each process step contains:
- Step Title: A concise label identifying the step (e.g., "Step 1: Consultation," "Initial Assessment")
- Step Description: A detailed explanation of what happens during this phase of your service
- Ordering: Steps automatically display in the sequence you create them
Example Step Structure
- Step 1 Title: "Initial Consultation"
- Step 1 Description: "We begin with a 30-minute discovery call to understand your specific needs and goals. This helps us tailor our approach to your unique situation."
