Internal Domain: Your website can always be accessed at yourbusiness.buildsy.io, prior to adding a custom domain. This is your default domain and cannot be changed.

Custom Domain: If you have purchased a domain from providers like Namecheap or GoDaddy, you can connect it to your Buildsy website.

Important Custom Domain Configuration:

• Double check your domain - incorrect entry will break the site
• Configure your root domain only. For example - mydomain.com
• We will automatically add support for WWW
• If you enter a domain incorrectly, you will need to remove it, save and re-add it correctly
• After adding your domain and saving, please follow the prompt on screen below the custom domain to finish setup!
